I started boxing in 1995 at the International Martial Arts and Boxing Academy (IMB Academy) located in Torrance California. My boxing coach was the late Richard Bustillo of the IMB Academy a first-generation student of the late Bruce Lee. Bustillo trained Brian Viloria,(Hawaiian Punch) the former unified WBA and WBO flyweight champion, as well as a former WBC and IBF light flyweight champion. It was an honor to learn from him for many years. I have a lot of experience in boxing under Bustillos tutelage. I chose to be a trainer than actually compete. I did compete in amateur tournaments, the Silver Glove Tournaments as well as having 1. professional fight. Lots of sparring experience has given me the desire to teach the sweet science to the youth. I chose to invest my time and boxing experience into the youth who have a desire to compete in the sport of boxing.
